HandGo provides a touchless palm-vein system – an alternative to traditional cards and mobile devices.
THE USER JOURNEY
A five-step process designed to connect users with the HandGo ecosystem with ease.
The user downloads the Autopay app (or a partner app), scans the QR code at the venue, and registers the palm vein pattern in seconds. A payment method is chosen and linked – card, digital wallet, or open banking.
A secure digital token is created. Your vein pattern is never stored as raw data.
At checkout, an access point, or a turnstile, the user holds their palm above the HandGo scanner. No touch. No phone. No card.
The scanner reads the vein pattern using safe near-infrared light. It is matched with the enrolled token in under 0.5 seconds.
Payment can be authorized, access granted (to a door, gate or zone) or identity verified (e.g., age or membership check).
Instant feedback is provided – sound, green light, or on-screen message. The merchant receives the payment confirmation. A receipt is sent via email or app, if needed.
